Australian Centre for Health Innovation (CHI)

Our vision is to be a key Innovator enabling a safer and more sustainable Australian Healthcare system.

Our approach sees each player in the health care system - patients, providers, researchers, government bodies and industry having access to the Centre - converting ideas into solutions and problems into opportunities.

Our aims are to:

• accelerate adoption of health ICT through our solutions pilot scheme,
• increase access to education through innovative education platforms,
• increase awareness of health ICT through demonstrations and workshops, and
• provide the highest quality patient safety centred simulation education to support both undergraduate and postgraduate development.

We are a not for profit venture between Alfred Health, Latrobe University, Monash University and Baker IDI.
